We use Indian water buffalo horn as the raw material. Its storage for over two years in our wine cellar guarantees that only high-quality horn plates are used. Storage at 70% humidity allows the mostly pressed plates to return to their original shape. Only dimensionally stable buffalo horn plates are processed to our frames. This guarantees long-lasting enjoyment of our product.
Color variations BUFFALO HORN
We only use Indian water buffalo horn plates that have been stored in our wine cellar for at least two years. The humidity of 70% allows the plates to return to their original position. Color variations TITANIUM
Our titanium frames are coated using the high tech PVD process in a high vacuum. The result, titanium nitride layers are 10 times harder than the titanium base. This coating process, originally developed for the Swiss watch industry, generates an extremely high resistance to friction and other environmental influences.
