Sports glasses made of carbon – that was Marcus Marienfeld’s dream when he called Beate Gabels from SIOLS a few years ago to ask if he could draw on her extensive experience in sunshields. He was fascinated by the SIOLS sports eyewear system and could imagine using it to complete his new carbon sports frames. To avoid having to reinvent the wheel, he wanted to fall back on the tried and tested shields. SIOLS decided to accompany him on this path with co-branding. The first SIOLS+Marienfeld carbon sports glasses were launched on the market. A product of incredible lightness and versatility. Totally snug-fitting, extremely comfortable to wear, suitable for biking as well as running or skiing – universally applicable thanks to various individual, mountable shields from the SIOLS brand.
